Terms of Service

1. Who we are. Practica ("Practica", "we", "us") operates practica-lab.com, a website that sells practice examination papers for professional certification preparation. You can reach us at hello.practica.lab@gmail.com.

2. What you are buying. When you purchase a bundle, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to access and complete the practice papers included in that bundle through your Practica account. Access is permanent: there is no time limit and you may re-take papers as many times as you like, for as long as the service operates.

3. Not official material. Practica sells independently created practice material. Our papers are not official examination content. Practica is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or any certification body. All certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our practice material is intended to help you prepare for. Completing our papers does not guarantee any particular result on any real examination.

4. Your account. You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. One account per person; entitlements are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or shared.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to: (a) share, resell, publish, scrape, or redistribute question content in any form; (b) share your account or magic-link emails with others; (c) attempt to bypass payment, tamper with timers or scoring, or access content you have not purchased; (d) use automated tools to extract content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund.

6. Intellectual property. All question content, explanations, and site materials are owned by Practica or licensed to us. Purchasing a bundle gives you a right to use the material for your own exam preparation only.

7. Service changes and availability. We may update question content, fix errors, or improve the service at any time. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever permanently shut down the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to registered purchasers.

8. Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, where the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, you lose that right upon delivery.

9. Disclaimer and liability cap. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or exam outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the total amount you paid to Practica in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Singapore Unfair Contract Terms Act.

10. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

11. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use after changes means you accept them. Purchases are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer laws grant you additional rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
